Online store
Prices & currency. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors.
Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment has been confirmed and you receive an order confirmation from us. We may decline an order at our discretion (for example, where stock is unavailable or where we cannot verify payment).
Payment. Card payments are processed securely by PayFast. We do not receive or store card details. Where PayFast is not yet configured, customers may complete their order via WhatsApp.
Delivery & collection. Delivery timelines are indicative only and depend on courier availability and your location. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
Returns & refunds (Consumer Protection Act)
Our returns policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
- Defective or incorrect items: if a product is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, you may return it within a reasonable period for a repair, replacement or refund in line with section 56 of the CPA.
- Hygiene & skincare: for health and hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned once they have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
- Cooling-off (distance selling): where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery provided the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, email reception@drramsaroop.co.za with your order number and reason. Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
